During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, we will notify you.


3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed:

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
  • Transit time: 4–9 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST / GMT-5)

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military addresses
  • Locations where carriers are unable to deliver

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
